Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shawn Fischer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Chesapeake, VA.
Our office is open 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2005.
We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
