Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and process DMV title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
• Ability to prioritize
• Contact banks to obtain lien releases
• Prepare paperwork for submission to DMV
• Maintain DMV and payoff schedules
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Process all new & used vehicle for registration
• Verify all funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title
• Check for accuracy in the application to ensure all information is complete
• Complies & maintain a complete list of outstanding title work
• Stay up to date on title regulations

Qualifications:

• Must have automotive DMV/Title Clerk experience
• Must have good organization skills
• Must have good follow up skills
• Excellent communication skills, customer service and the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Knowledge of Tekion and DMV Desk a Plus
