Cardinal is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Custodians to join our team at the Jefferson Lab in Newport News. We are hiring for both part-time day and night shifts: • Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 11:30 am (Monday–Friday) • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday) What We Offer • Competitive pay: $22.32/hr • 11 paid holidays • 2 weeks of vacation after 1 year • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to work in a secure, professional facility Responsibilities: You will work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks including: • General office and restroom cleaning • Trash collection and disposal • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming • Performing a variety of additional custodial tasks as needed Qualifications: • Prior custodial experience required • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a government background check • Must meet Jefferson Lab training requirements • HUBZone residency is a plus About Company: We take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services.
