Storm Restoration Representative
Location: (Not a remote position)
Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 (Base pay + Commission)

What You'll Get

Earning Potential: $50,000 - $150,000
Base Pay + Commission Structure
$100 per qualified inspection (each takes about 45-60 minutes)
Commissions on completed claims (average commission: $1,600-$2,700 per job)
Monthly & annual performance bonuses
Annual company trip for top performers

What You'll Do

Inspect and document homes for storm damage
Meet with homeowners to explain the repair and claims process
Assist in creating estimates and measuring home exteriors
Generate leads and market to new prospects

What We're Looking For

Great communication skills—comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
Physically able to climb a ladder and inspect roofs when necessary
Reliable transportation to visit job sites
Self-motivated & independent—you'll manage your own schedule
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Tech-savvy—must have a smartphone for photos/videos and job management apps
Willingness to generate leads and follow up with office-provided leads
