Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Room Attendant to join our team! If you take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized and enjoy contributing to a positive guest experience, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency in service and quality.
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and prepared to meet high standards of cleanliness and organization, helping maximize guest satisfaction.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, associates, and vendors.
Set up and organize cleaning carts and storage areas to keep things efficient and easy to access.
Clean and wipe down windows, doors, walls, closets, and fixtures in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
Wash shower walls and tubs, clean toilets, stall walls, and wipe down exposed pipes, mirrors, sinks, and walls in guest and public restrooms to maintain a sanitary environment.
Restock towels, soap, room amenities, and other essentials to ensure guests have everything they need during their stay.
Wash hard floor areas, including linoleum and tile, by hand to remove dirt and ensure cleanliness.
Dust and polish all furniture, fixtures, and decor throughout the property.
Change linens on beds, strip used sheets, and make beds with fresh linens.
Check and maintain closets for cleanliness and ensure guest room supplies (such as hangers, blankets, and pillows) are in stock and neatly arranged.
Vacuum guest rooms, public areas, and hallways regularly.
Inspect locks on doors and windows, alerting management immediately of any security issues to ensure guest safety.
Test and ensure that lights, remotes, and other in-room amenities are working properly.
Maintain a cheerful, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times to ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic cleaning principles, cleaning products, and standard cleaning equipment.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching to clean surfaces.
Ability to lift and push/pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 12.00 15.00 Per Hour
