Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team! The ideal candidate is experienced, client-focused, and dedicated to promoting wellness through therapeutic massage. You will work with clients to assess their needs, customize treatments, and create a rejuvenating experience that supports their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
✔ Perform a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage
✔ Assess client needs, concerns, and preferences to create personalized treatment plans
✔ Maintain a professional and tranquil environment
✔ Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretching, and wellness practices
✔ Keep accurate client records and adhere to health and safety regulations
✔ Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
✔ Collaborate with other wellness professionals (yoga instructors, chiropractors, estheticians) as needed
Pay: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour

Qualifications:
✔ Active Massage Therapy License in Virginia (required)
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
✔ Ability to communicate effectively and create a comforting experience for clients
✔ Passion for holistic wellness and commitment to ongoing education
