Duties and Responsibilities:
· Strong sales skills with a focus consultative selling approach
· Assist customers in selecting the best exterior home services.
· Maintain a positive attitude and customer-first approach.
· Be knowledge of products and services offered, as well as the industry.
· Overcoming objections through value building in our product and brand
· Handle inbound and outbound calls from interested consumers.
· Participate in regular training and coaching sessions.
· Demonstrate active listening skills to present additional opportunities.
· Ability to build rapport, create value-based presentations, and address concerns.
· Build and manage a sustainable pipeline.
· Maintain customer satisfaction scores through rapport building and relationships.
· Convert inquiries to sales through established sales techniques.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
· 2+ years of sales experience required.
· 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred.
· High level of sales acumen
· Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
· Motivated and energetic.
· Ability to persuade and influence others.
· Computer skills and internet navigation
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
