Job Summary:
As the Senior Sales Leader Data Center Cable Solutions, you will leverage your 15+ years of experience to develop and execute a robust sales strategy that drives business growth and strengthens relationships with key industry stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of structured cabling, fiber optics, and data center infrastructure, along with a proven ability to close high-value deals and lead complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-term sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the data center sector.
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with hyperscale data centers, colocation providers, cloud service providers, and large enterprises.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, network engineers, and data center operations teams to influence decision-making and solution adoption.
• Lead high-impact negotiations, ensuring favorable contract terms while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and customer pain points.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
• Drive the adoption of innovative cabling solutions, including high-density fiber optics and structured cabling systems, to meet evolving data center demands.
• Provide strategic sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of sales experience in data center infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber optics, or networking hardware.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving multimillion-dollar deals in the data center industry.
• Deep knowledge of data center architectures, cabling standards (TIA, IEEE, BICSI), and network infrastructure solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
• Experience managing complex, long sales cycles and enterprise-level relationships.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and on-site visits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
