Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join their growing team and assist with tax and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and file tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
• Collaborate directly with partners, managers, and clients to resolve tax and accounting issues.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and provide analysis on technical tax and accounting matters.
• Assist with tax planning and strategy development to optimize tax positions and minimize risk.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues prior to final review, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and legal teams on cross-function matters as needed.
• � Analyze financial data and ensure proper documentation for all tax-related activities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience preparing tax returns required including individuals, partnerships, S corps, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• CPA license or CPA in progress preferred
• Experience working with Real Estate or High Net Worth Individual Clients strongly preferred
• Proficient in tax software (e.g., UltraTax CS, SurePrep, Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and team player attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability manage client relationships under tight deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:

• The hourly for this role is $34 � $44/hr depending upon relevant experience and significant overtime is also expected.
