💼 The Role: Site Head
As the Site Head , you will lead site operations , ensuring best-in-class performance across manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and continuous improvement . You will build and develop strong teams , implement lean manufacturing strategies , and drive operational excellence while supporting new product introductions and business expansion .
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee site operations including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, and quality.
✔ Drive continuous improvement (CI) and lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
✔ Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) and support business growth.
✔ Enhance customer service performance while balancing cost controls.
✔ Lead succession planning and team development , ensuring a strong talent pipeline for leadership roles.
✔ Execute on aggressive growth plans while maintaining high operational standards .
✔ Foster a strong team culture , driving engagement, accountability, and high performance.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 10+ years of leadership experience in medium-to-high volume, low-to-medium cost manufacturing.
✔ Strong background in CPG, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, FMCG, Cosmetics Manufacturing, or similar industries.
✔ Experience working in a PE-backed or fast-growth environment , understanding financial targets and EBITDA management.
✔ A strategic thinker with strong experience in forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain management .
✔ A proven team builder with the ability to create a high-performance culture.
✔ Hands-on leadership style - someone who drives change, embraces challenges, and leads from the front .
✔ Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business expansion.
